The bronze wire is produced in a multi-stage process. Although the basic steps vary according to specific requirements. In general, however, bronze wire is produced in the following way:

1. Material selection: First, the raw materials needed to make bronze are selected. Bronze is usually made from an alloy of copper and tin, but other metals can be added depending on the intended use.
2. Melting: The selected metals are heated and liquefied in a melting furnace. During this process, the exact proportions of the different metals are subject to strict controls in order to obtain the desired bronze alloy.
3. Casting: In casting, we produce long lengths of wire without welds by using continuous casting. This involves the simultaneous casting of eight strands into shape on a modern plant and then reducing them into square wire on rollers with multiple stands.
4. Drawing: The drawn wire is now drawn through a series of drawing wheels. In the process, the wire gradually becomes thinner and longer until the desired wire thickness is reached. During the drawing process, the wire is often immersed in water or another liquid to cool and harden it.
5. Annealing: The drawn wire is then heated to eliminate tension in the wire and improve its mechanical properties.
